A small tourist village at the foot of the mountain leading to Machu Picchu, Aguascalientes has a tremendous amount of charm. There is almost NO traffic as the only way to get there is by train from Cuzco.
Our hotel, the Machu Picchu Inn. (By the way, we were in Aguascalientes, how come the hotel only had agua fría?.
